Talaria At Your Service: Grocery Shopping Policy

Each grocery shopping order is limited to 15 units and a 25-pound weight limit. A unit is defined as a single distinct item or package, regardless of quantity within the package. For example:

• A carton of eggs counts as 1 unit.

• A box of a dozen doughnuts counts as 1 unit.

• A case of bottled water (if heavy) may count as multiple units based on weight and handling requirements.

During periods of high demand or holidays, orders may be further limited to 10 units to ensure fair access for all residents.
